geometric formulas

To understand geometry figures, we need to understand geometric formulas properly. Some of the simple geometry formulas are mentioned below, which will be of use when you study geometry in your day to day geometry subject.

Guys remember that we need geometrical instrument to construct these geometrical shapes. There are many examples i have worked on to explain the geometric formulas. Now look below for some simple geometric formulas.

Parallelogram:

Area = base x height

Perimeter = 2 x (side 1 + side 2)

Triangle:

Area = 1/2 x base x height

Perimeter = side 1 + side 2 + side 3

Today you ask your tuition teacher to explain you this concept clearly. He/she will be able to help you with it.

factors of 64

Say i mentioned earlier that we will learn more on factors, here in this post we will learn factors of 64 and more information, you can look for other numbers in my other post.

Factors of 64:- 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64 these are the factors of 64.

Do you want to work on some more numbers or you want to learn factors of some other number. How about factors of 27. Interesting right...

Factors of 27:- 1, 3, 9 and 27 these are the factors of 27.

I will come back with some more...until then you will have to wait....

math help online

What do you think is the easy way to get information on our subjects? For example, a complete information on math is given to us by the math help online. I have found many children very happy with the online services we get. They have learn t a lot from these sites.

There are many other ways of getting math help, but i find this is the best way to get math help.

The best thing about this online help is that a child who needs help does not have to go out any where, he/she get help sitting at their home. Their projects will be done within a few minutes with the help of a free online tutor, its just amazing....

Do you have any comments on this, feel free to write back.

Cross multiplication

When a 7th grade math student came up to me and asked me about some mathematical problem help which was so simple. I was astonished and was wondering why didn't he know such simple mathematical problems. Well then he asked me to help in math, which i agreed.

Guys do you know what is cross multiplication?

Cross-multiplication is used mainly in the fraction and in proportional problems. The definition of cross multiplication is defined as from the given equation between two fractions, one can cross-multiply to simplify the equation or determine the value of a variable. The cross-multiplication is a process of arranging or solving for a variable in a given equation.

Look for an example below.

3/2 = 4/x

The rule three is,

x = (4*2) / 3

x = 8/3

I will come back until then keep smiling....

Acres to square feet

This is a very important concept, you will have to learn this in detail if you take up building as your profession. Acres to square feet this is the topic which will be covered up in this post..

Give out the same interest as you showed while we learn t How to find square root.

The acre is a unit of area in a number of different systems. The most common use of the acre is to measure tracts of land.

This will help you to measure land if you take up building as your career. Guys work hard and make your future bright. Try getting old free exam papers from your friends, this will help you a lot in practising....

Acute angle

Friends, we have learn t many types of angles, today i thought of discussing acute angle with you guys and i am sure you will enjoy it as much i will enjoy posting it. Yes or no???

Firstly let me know if you are aware of the definition of an angle? I am going to just brief you with it. An angle is formed by two rays sharing a common end point. Now coming to acute angle, look at the definition of it below.

Acute Angle:

An acute angle is any angle whose measure is less than 90 degree.

Acute  Angle
The above mentioned diagram gives you the a clear definition of an acute angle. Lets work on exterior angles but you need to wait for it.

Point Slope

Folks, lets work on some problem on a geometrical topic called Point slope problems below. We have worked on some of mathematical problems till date.

Problems on Point Slope Forms in Math

Problem No1:-

Find vertical intercepts of the function f(x) =-0.5x+12

Solution:

To find the vertical intercept, plug x=0

F (0) =-0.5(0) +12

=12

This means the vertical intercepts taking place at (0, 12)

Problem No2:-

Find the vertical intercepts of the function f(x) =2.4x+13.

Solution

To find the vertical intercept, plug x=0

F (0)=2.4(0)+13

=13

This means the vertical intercepts taking place at (0, 13)

The above problems are very simple ones. I have a question for you what is 12 sided polygon called? Post your answers....
