Solving linear equations

One of the most important topic in mathematics is Linear equation, and this is the topic i have chosen which is very interesting to learn. Let me explain you what is linear equation with an example.

What is a linear equation? Find the example below.

It is an algebraical equation which has constant and a variable. When it is graphed it gives a straight line. A polynominal with variable of first degree that can be equivalent to zero is a linear equation.

Example: ax+by+c=0 or ax+by=c here "c" is a constant.

I have a simple method which will help you to understand how to solve Linear equations as shown below.

The definition of linear equation and example mentioned above are very simple to understand, try out with your own examples. Feel free to leave your comments.
